Bifrosha Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bifrosha, the first video-based marketplace in the ( MENA) region. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bifrosha application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bifrosha app or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Bifrosha, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws.

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may register using your FIB Account to simplify the onboarding process.

4. Listing Rules

When creating listings on Bifrosha, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images/videos of your items.
• List only items that you legally own and have the right to sell.
• Disclose any defects or issues with the items being sold.
• Not list prohibited items as defined in our guidelines.
• Set fair and transparent pricing.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries.

Bifrosha reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules or our community guidelines.

5. Transactions

For Sellers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including description, condition, and price.
• You must fulfill transactions as promised in your listing.
• You must ship items promptly or arrange for pickup as agreed with the buyer.
• You are responsible for the item until it is received by the buyer.

For Buyers:

• You agree to pay the full amount for items purchased through our Platform.
• You must complete the payment process using the provided secure channels.
• You are responsible for inspecting items upon receipt.
• Any disputes must be reported promptly through our designated channels.

Payment:

Payments can be made securely through FIB, ensuring fast and reliable transactions. Bifrosha is not responsible for payments arranged outside our Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bifrosha:

• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Selling illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Manipulating the price of any item or interfering with other users' listings.
• Circumventing or manipulating our fee structure, billing process, or fees owed.
• Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Using our Platform for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Using the Platform to transmit viruses, malware, or other disruptive code.

Engaging in prohibited activities may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bifrosha Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bifrosha and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• By posting content on our Platform, you grant Bifrosha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bifrosha provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or listings.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users on our Platform, whether online or offline.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you have paid to Bifrosha for using our services.

9. Termination

Bifrosha reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Creating risk or possible legal exposure for Bifrosha.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of Bifrosha is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

11. Modifications to Terms

Bifrosha reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting a notice on our Platform.
• Sending an email to the address associated with your account.
• Displaying a notification when you access the app.

Your continued use of Bifrosha after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
