We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to delete your Bifrosha account, you can follow the steps below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before proceeding with account deletion, please be aware that:

  • All your personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Your listing history and transaction records will be removed
  • You will lose access to any pending transactions
  • Your reviews and ratings will be anonymized
  • This action cannot be reversed or undone

We recommend resolving any pending transactions before deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Bifrosha Account

You can delete your Bifrosha account directly through the mobile app by following these steps:

Open the Bifrosha App

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Bifrosha app and that you're logged in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Profile Settings

Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner, then tap on the gear icon (⚙️) or "Settings" option at the top right of your profile screen.

Account Management

Scroll down to find and tap on "Account Management" or "Account Settings" in the settings menu.

Delete Account

Tap on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the Account Management screen. You may be asked to confirm your password for security purposes.

Provide Reason (Optional)

You'll be asked to select a reason for leaving. This helps us improve our service, but it's optional.

Confirm Deletion

Read the information about what will happen when you delete your account, then tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.

Alternative Methods

If you're unable to access the app or experiencing technical difficulties, you can request account deletion by:

  • Email: Send an account deletion request to support@bifrosha.com from the email address registered with your account. Please include your username and phone number for verification.
  • Contact Form: Submit a request through our Contact Us page, selecting "Account Deletion" as the subject.

What Happens After Deletion

Once you confirm account deletion, the following will occur:

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • Your personal information will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days
  • Some information may be retained for legal and legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete

Yes, Bifrosha offers a temporary deactivation option. Instead of selecting "Delete Account," choose "Deactivate Account" in the Account Management section. Your profile will be hidden, but you can reactivate it at any time by simply logging in again.

We strongly recommend completing all ongoing transactions before deleting your account. If you delete your account with pending transactions, those transactions may be canceled, which could negatively impact both you and other users. If you have active transactions, you'll receive a warning before deletion.

No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once the 30-day deletion process is complete, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Bifrosha again, you'll need to create a new account.
